Privacy Policy and Booking Terms
This page explains how the Association of Bhutanese in Perth Inc. collects and uses information when you book tickets through ABPI Tickets.
Information We Collect
When you make a booking, we collect the details needed to issue and manage your ticket, including your name, email address, phone number, selected event, session, ticket type, quantity, and payment status.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process bookings, send e-ticket links, manage event entry, contact you about event changes, prevent duplicate or invalid tickets, and support refunds or cancellations where applicable.
Payments
Paid bookings are processed in AUD through Stripe. ABPI Tickets does not store your full card details. Stripe may process payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.
Ticket Terms
Tickets are issued for the selected event session and ticket type. Please bring your e-ticket or ticket link for entry. Event admission may be refused if a ticket has already been scanned, cancelled, refunded, expired, or is presented for the wrong session.
Data Sharing
We share booking information only with service providers needed to operate ticketing, payment, email delivery, event administration, and venue entry. We do not sell your personal information.
